Due to the nature of digital products being immediately accessible upon purchase, no refunds of any fees or other amounts paid by Client in connection with the Product will be allowed under any circumstances.
If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not yet downloaded the product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request. Refund requests made after you have downloaded the product are handled on a case-by-case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within seven (7) days of your original purchase.
